@kaedigitaldesign: Did you know you can change the scrolling direction on GoodNotes? You can change if you want to scroll either horizontally or vertically by clicking the three dots in the top right of the app, then click “scrolling direction”, and then choose “horizontal” or “vertical”. I like to scroll horizontally as I think it feels more like a book. I also find it to look better on a mobile device scrolling horizontally.
