@goulven_h: Gimlet Melbourne… One of Australia’s best restaurant according to the World’s 50 bests (which was ranked 84th in the world last year). Not too sure what is it worth these days but what I’m sure is the vibe was great, the venue is gorgeous, the service super professional and friendly and the food was great! The menu by chef Andrew McConnell is simple, no bs and reasonably priced (for this level of standards… not for the everyday dinner). Highlight for me was the 900gm T-Bone which was absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked. 🥩👌 Will definitely come back for a special occasion. #gimlet #melbourne #restaurant
