Never bring suitcases, just a small carry on bag. 🥰 The Rembrandt Hotel is a nice place to stay, good restaurants in the area.🥰

I never had to get the Sim card, I just use my Apple phone that’s service by AT&T, I travel to Thailand, 2 to 3 times a year

All good advise! Bolt is easy & cheap. I need connection on landing, so get an eSims, you can setup the second you land. Cost maybe €2 more.

Line app is almost mandatory too! Especially if you are trying to make appts. Dtac was also a great sim for me when I lived there for 4 yrs.

I never give my passport when buying a SIM card, I know they try to get it for surveillance but there are ways around it.

7-Eleven not 4 first Sim card. Staff busy/lot paperwork work . Don’t think they do it. Go 2 phone store. No mosquitoes in malls/city. Did u go there?
