Dont forget warrenty. Job could pay 25 hours customer pay but if its under warranty its somethimes 14 hours or less than half

As a mechanic, I agree. As a consumer, the real issue is the labor rate. Mechanic gets roughly $22 an hour while the dlr charges an average $189 an hr
