Ingredients: Ground Turkey - 1lb Bell Peppers - 4 Onion - 1 Jalapeno - 2 Celery - 5 stalks  Mushrooms - 10oz Rice - 4c cooked Mozzarella - 8oz (shredded) Cheddar - 8oz (shredded) Minced Garlic - 1tbsp Salt Pepper Onion Powder Garlic Powder Chili Powder  Oregano  Paprika  Soy Sauce  Worcestershire Sauce  Directions: 1. Start with prepping your peppers. Slice off the tops and then use a small knife to remove the seeds and any white parts from inside the pepper. Save and dice the tops of the peppers  2. Then finely dice the onion, jalapeno, celery and mushrooms.  3. Add the ground turkey to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 5mins on one side and then flip and break apart the turkey. Once the turkey is about 80% cooked add in the garlic and all your veggies. Season with all the seasoning listed above and cook for another 10mins stirring occasionally.  4. After the 10mins add in some soy sauce and Worcestershire. Mix together and then add in the cooked rice and mix to combine. Add in some more soy sauce and Worcestershire followed by a couple handfuls of the mixed cheeses.  5.  Boil the prepared peppers for about 3 mins until softened. Fill the peppers with the turkey mixture leaving some space up top. Cover with the remaining cheese. Add to a baking dish and pour in some water until just starting to rise on the peppers. Bake at 375 for 20mins and then broil until the cheese on top is crispy.
