Probably the toughest cover up l've take on so far in my career (and typically I forgot to take a decent before shot, so you'll have to deal with the stencilled version) My client done everything right, researched and went to a good artist, got a crappy piece (who knows, maybe they were having an off day) and got charged through the roof too. Then done some more research into good coverup artists, went to a very well known shop and was assured they could cover it well and once again left with the WORST work possible. As you can see under that stencil his whole forearm was basically just a mush of black/grey colour. AGAIN, paying mad money for it Also told by other 'famous' cover up artists that they wouldn't do the original cover up as it wouldn't look good for their portfolio (wow, right) and they wouldn't have anything to post. So anyway this is what we managed to get over it for the first sitting, I'm super keen to see how this heals, I'm sure that some of the lighter parts may need a second pass, but I'm damn sure it looks a hell of a lot better than it did in the first place 💯 Above you can see tiny snippets of some healed bits by me which I'II be posting separately as they just healed S00 DAMN GOOD #colourtattoo #coverup #coveruptattoo #uktattoo #exetertattoo #devontattoo
