@fitgreenmind: VEGAN „MUTTON“ CURRY 🍛 The highlight and last recipe of my Indian feast. I adapted this recipe from @holycowvegan 🥰. Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (4 servings, 1h prep time): -600g tofu Tear in chunks. -2 Tbsp corn starch -salt to taste -a touch of oil Mix and bake at 180C/360F for 20mins. -1 Tsp each cumin, coriander, mustard seeds -1/2 Tsp turmeric -5 cloves -1/2 stick cinnamon -2 dried chilis Sauté in some oil for 2-3mins. -1/2 onion, sliced -a thumbsize piece of ginger -3 cloves garlic Add to the pan and fry until the onion softens. Remove from the pan. -1/2 cup desiccated coconut Add to the pan and roast until browned. Add everything to a blender with 1 cup (250ml) water and blend until smooth. -1/2 onion, diced Fry in some oil. Add the tofu and gravy. -400g puréed tomatoes -water as needed -salt to taste -a pinch of sugar Let it simmer for 30-40min. Finish with lemon juice and cilantro. - VEGANES „MUTTON“ CURRY 🍛 Das Highlight und letzte Rezept meines indischen Abendessens. Ich habe dieses Rezept von @holycowvegan angepasst🥰. Viel Liebe Maya ✨ REZEPT (4 Portionen, 1 Stunde Zubereitungszeit): -600g Tofu In Stücke reißen. -2 EL Maisstärke -Salz nach Geschmack -ein Hauch Öl Mischen und 20 Minuten bei 180 °C/360 °F backen. -je 1 TL Kreuzkümmel, Koriander, Senfkörner -1/2 TL Kurkuma -5 Nelken -1/2 Stange Zimt -2 getrocknete Chilis In etwas Öl 2-3 Minuten anbraten. -1/2 Zwiebel, in Scheiben geschnitten - ein daumengroßes Stück Ingwer -3 Knoblauchzehen In die Pfanne geben und braten, bis die Zwiebel weich wird. Aus der Pfanne nehmen. -1/2 Tasse Kokosraspeln In die Pfanne geben und rösten, bis sie braun ist. Alles mit 1 Tasse (250 ml) Wasser in einen Mixer geben und glatt mixen. -1/2 Zwiebel, gewürfelt In etwas Öl anbraten. Tofu und Soße hinzufügen. -400g pürierte Tomaten -Wasser nach Bedarf -Salz nach Geschmack -eine Prise Zucker 30–40 Minuten köcheln lassen.
