@halicopteraway: Some of the fortune cookies had “what’s your favorite food” others had “when was the last time you 💩 your pants” I used the recipe from Fifteen Spatulas. Here are my tips for making fortune cookies! ▫️only work on 2-3 cookies at a time since they cool within minutes ▫️spread the batter out thinly and as evenly as possible ▫️monitor carefully to get to the perfect golden brown consistency - it should be baked enough to snap when cooked, but not so crisp that you can’t shape them ▫️work quickly and grasp the edges of the cookie, which are cooler ▫️personally I find silicon baking mats work much better than parchment paper #fortunecookies #teaparty #cutepartyideas
