Walking around is the only way to get rid of gas pain! I would get up every 4hrs and walk around the house for a bit then lay back down!

I got surgery to get a cyst out and the trapped gas was the worst part. I couldn’t lay back at all without excruciating pain😖

Brock make sure you get up and walk around it will help with gas and help with stiffness in your stomach from you incisions! yes it’s gonna be painful

A heating pad for your back will work wonders!! Just had mine taken out 2 weeks ago and it has helped a lot since you need to sleep on your back!

I tried to walk around for at least 5-10 min every 1-2 hours. Unfortunately the pain is just a waiting game to go away. I had gas in my shoulder too!

I had mine out in 2019. Made sure to get up and walk around. And I was fine and working at a haunted house 5 days later

a memory foam wedge helps with sitting up! Eating low-fat and not big meals instead like small snacks 5-6 times day!

Walking around helps so much with the gas. That’s what my doctor told me to do to try and help with the gas and it did
