My 5.0 f150 is leaking coolant from bell housing. Replaced all coolant lines and water pump y. Now it’s leaking from bell housing lmao

unless he's got the money for a new motor plus labor. I'd say cut your losses and get rid of it as it will cost more than the value of the truck

I had the same issue. I pulled the manifold. Then I also thought it was the freeze plug. Dropped the transmission to find out I just cracked the block

Get a transmission Jack or an attachment for your jack and yank that transmission. It wouldn’t take long.

I worked on one a econoline van, the plastic manifold ended up being cracked where those gaskets sit, installed a Dorman intake

Ive seen cracked blocks fixed with jb weld and hold. But probably a freeze plug the way it suddenly failed on a water passage
