I can’t get enough air in through my nose…I started using a nose strip with eucalyptus and taping my mouth and it was amazing

What if I’ve had sleep apnea? I have had my tonsils and adenoids removed to help which it has but I would love to do this in just scared if I don’t end up breathing through my mouth I might die

I was waking up every nite with severely dry mouth so bad I couldn’t swallow!!! Since I’ve been using mouth tape I sleep thru the nite with NO issues!

It’s actually so funny because when my nose is stuffed, I hate sleeping with my mouth open and not being able to breathe through my nose, but I literally do it all the time anyways
