@mic_keey: The app or any birth control for that matter is never going to be 100% effective but in order to get the best ovulation predictions you have to log daily…your moods, libido, cervical mucus, OPKS, BBT etc the more you log the more flo is going to know your cycle and when you ovulate. I think it is more important to pay attention and be in tune with your body around ovulation time then to trust the dates the app has predicted no matter how accurate they might be. For instance my first sign of ovulation is increased libido and changes to my cervical mucus which usually starts happening a week out from ovulation day so thats when i know I have to take precautions to prevent pregnancy.
