So why not start your weekend with this delicious high protein french toast😍this autumnal breakfast contains just 390 calories & 36g protein!! What you will need: - 2x Slices Bread - 50g pumpkin purée - 1x Whole Egg - 25g @myprotein Vanilla Whey Protein - 50ml Almond Milk - 1x Tbsp Cinnamon Toppings: - 1/2 Tsp Icing Sugar - @myprotein Sugar Free Golden Syrup Method: - Heat a skillet over low heat. - Meanwhile, add your pumpkin purée, egg, milk, cinnamon and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth (if your mixture is a bit too thick then just mix in a little more almond milk). - Dip the bread into the mixture, leave each slice for a few minutes, then place onto your heated skillet (be sure to add a few sprays of Frylight onto your skillet first!). - Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side (or just until each side is golden).
