Both yes both my daughters had FPIES, one “outgrew” it at 2 yo and the other at 18 months. Now they’re 7 and 3 with a couple foods that still bother them but nothing like when they were infants…..

My daughter projectile vomits when she would eat egg, and would spit up if I ate eggs and breastfed her. Her bloodwork shows she’s not allergic to egg but the doctor said we’d revisit it 1/2
