I’ve heard that your mind has subconsciously been trained to relax those muscles when you’re on the toilet too and that can help keep things going

in Australia we have special chairs that are like this to sit on so we don't have to sit on the actual toilet lol. it even has arm rests to clench 😂

No because when I went into preterm labor this is ALL my body wanted to do. Sit backward on the toilet. It helped the pain SO much
