I had psoriasis too, what I did whats hypercleansing for months. Means no junk food, sweets in general. I mostly eat greens and fruits (sometimes)

In Nigeria we call it lapalapa there’s leaf we use to peel the infected skin off and then we put toothpaste on it before a week it disappears 😂😂
