The dashi rolled omelet is incredibly fluffy, rolled at master-craft speed. The very moment you slide your chopsticks into it, a soft-boiled egg yolk comes oozing out from the inside! When you eat it mixed with the sweet and savory simmered beef shigureni generously spread underneath, it's so delicious you won't be able to stop eating your rice!
