Hi! can I make a recommendation to try? where you are prone to blisters, put the swimmer KT tape on that area prior to dancing. I rucked marathons with this trick and never got a blister

Nurse here, hydrocolliod plasters are made for blisters and offer protection over an absorb any liquid from them. My ballet cousin also uses them!
