@bratbustersparenting: Is the Behaviour Board just about what NOT to do? It’s a mix between what you want them to start doing and what you want them to stop doing. You don’t just want to focus on what your kids are doing wrong, but probably more on what you want them to do right. E.g., be more helpful, be more kind, etc. If all you’re ever focusing on is their bad behaviour they start to feel bad.
