@meganmoor3: SECRET TO MOTIVATION🤫 I used to search high and low for an ounce of motivation so I can get the body I dreamed about. 🕵️♀️ “I just don’t feel like it.” “I’ll do it tomorrow.” “I’m tired.” I would watch motivation things on YouTube and listen to podcasts but nothing seemed to help. Until one day I learned what actually helps motivates me. What motivates us to go to work? The result of getting paid. So surely one of the best ways to get motivated is to get results. Welp, now we have a new question. “How do I get results?” Start no matter how you feel. Keep going no matter how you feel. Never quit. The end 🙂 I will say you def need some extra things to help get you there long term, so learn from my mistakes so you don’t fall off like I did. -Get a solid plan(exercise, flexible dieting, accountability, and mindset all in one) -Support (Keep good people in your corner) -You should learn to enjoy the journey and not just getting results -Even when you fall off or feel like you aren’t getting results DON’T QUIT. Keep going and more results will come! Side note: I’ve lost weight before using fad diets and although I was seeing results and was motivated the unsustainable diet made it impossible to stick to.
