Yess i got an iced americano last week thru the drive thru and had to go inside and ask them to remake it because it was soo watered down.

i’m guessing what is happening is they aren’t shaking the oatmilk. it separates in the container and tastes very watered down

just Googled this, it's on Canada menu.. grande is 3 shots espresso blonde roast, oat milk, water, 4 pumps brown sugar, cinnamon powder
