Healthy routines are your “life jacket”! 🏊‍♀️ Doesn’t mean you have to have the same routine every single day, but if you just pick a small amount of tasks to do consistently, it’s like putting on your life jacket and staying above water when it feels like you’re drowning. 🥹 Here’s a morning routine that works for me right now, keep in mind that this morning routine gets altered depending on my energy levels:  ✅ Wake up ✅ Open @tiimoapp and click the routine that matches my energy level that morning - push START NOW BUTTON HIGH ENERGY ROUTINE:  ✅ Make Bed ✅ Don’t check social media  ✅ Put on my Morning Playlist to get me awake and pumped for the day ✅ Drink a full glass of water ✅ Put my “to do post its” on my dry erase board (while I dance to my playlist lol) ✅ Do a quick journal entry (just like 2-3 sentences)  ✅ Floss, Brush Teeth, and use mouth wash dispenser (life changing device!)  ✅ Take Vitamins (I take A LOT! Comment 💊 if you want to know what vitamins I take lol) ✅ Go for a 20-30 min walk or do any physical activity outside 🌲🏃‍♀️ ✅ Listen to a podcast while on that walk 🎧 ✅ Listen to favorite song while taking a nice hot shower or bath 🛀  ✅ Do skincare routine & makeup while listening to an audiobook  ✅ Drink protein shake before taking my ADHD medication  ✅ Take medication  ✅ Get dressed for the day  ✅ Start work  TIIMO High Energy Routine Completed!! 🎉🎉🎉 ✅ Put phone on DO NOT DISTURB  ✅ Go to work desk  ✅ Create To-Do list for workday in Monday.com (my favorite task site for work)  ✅ Start work 💻  On LOW ENERGY Mornings this routine is cut almost in half and I focus on the basics to survive the day! And that’s ok and healthy! 🤌 The key is to know yourself and allow time for rest & slow productivity.  Repeat after me: We are humans. Not machines.
