@hannahhclare_: Baked Yoghurt Cake I’m calling this a yoghurt cake because I know people will come at me if I call it a cheesecake. It does taste very similar to a cheesecake though 😉 Whatever ya wanna call it, it’s yum!! INGREDIENTS: ▪️1 cup Yoghurt ▪️1 scoop Protein Powder ▪️1 tbs Sweetener ▪️1 tsp Cornstarch METHOD: 1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. 2. Pour into a small cake tin/dish and bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes. 3. Leave in the fridge to cool and firm. 4. Add toppings and enjoy!
