@alinaprokuda: Mortadella Sandwich With Burrata and homemade Pistachio Pesto 🌿 Ingredients: * 2 balls of burrata cheese * 4 slices of Ciabatta or Focaccia bread * Pepper, to taste * 8 slices mortadella * Whole pistachios for topping * Pistachio Pesto ⬇️Ingredients: 1 cup shelled, unsalted raw pistachio,1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, * 1/2cup parmesan, freshly grated * 1 clove garlic * 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil * 1/2 lemon, juiced * Salt, to taste Instructions: 1. Mix all pesto ingredients and grind on mortar or by using immersion blender. 2. Toast the bread slices with butter 3. Assemble sandwich as shown on the video. 4. If you would like to make it more fancy, add a splash of water and lemon juice to the 2 tbsp pesto, strain through a sieve to remove a big parts.
