Alli Harding :
Adding minerals back into the water will give it a slight taste! Not to alarm you, but water should have a slight taste if adding minerals back to it.

Celtic salt is usually granular, you don’t need a pinch you need literally 1 or 2 tiny crystals. It should not taste salty

For coffee you want to be between 80-180 (140 recommended). You can use/add mineral pack. For example ( third wave water ) or ( coffee water ).

Put two table spoons in 6-8 oz of water. Stir. Let it settle then take two tablespoons from the top and add that into a gallon of water 🥰

Drinking distilled water, reverse osmosis water or zero water. Has no vital minerals. So it can dehydrate you and cause electrolyte imbalance.

The general rule for salt in water is, if you can taste it in your water it was too much… so trial and error, and start with just a couple grains.
