My anxiety has progressed with age as well. My first panic attack I can remember was at 16 and now at 29 I basically need meds to live “normal”

I’ve been experiencing bad anxiety since 2020 & it is so insane how much it affects you. You’re terrified 24/7 it’s exhausting so I get it
