@cookinginthemidwest: Easy Sweet and Savory Chex Mix for Halloween 🎃 or Thanksgiving 🦃 Recipe •1 1/2 sticks of butter •3/4 cup brown sugar •2 TBSP vanilla extract •1 box Chex Rice cereal •4 cups of pretzels •1/2 a family size bag of bugles about (7 oz) •1 cup of candy corn •1 cup of candy pumpkins •1 cup of Reece’s pieces Instructions •melt butter in the microwave •stir in brown sugar and vanilla extract until sugar is dissolved •mix together Chex cereal, bugles, pretzels, and sugar mixture in a large bowl •pour Chex mix out on 2 cookie sheets that are covered with parchment paper •bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes stirring about every 15 minutes •let sit and cool then pour back into a large bowl •add candy corn, pumpkins and Reece’s pieces •mix well Enjoy!! #halloweenparty #chexmix #sweetandsavory #HalloweenTreats #thanksgiving #snackmix #dessert #EasyRecipes
