@chezmartinaevents: How to clean fresh black truffle form the soil 🍂 Thanks to Simone, truffle hunter and expert at @italiatartufi I've learned how to clean one of his beautiful, scented and delicious black truffles. I would like to teach you too this technique: when you find a truffle still dirty from soil, just put it in a bowl of cold water for 7/8 mins. Then rinse it under running water, while gently brushing it with a soft brush. Dry well with paper and put it in a paper bag or paper towel, then in an ermethical Tupper. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
