agua realmente es una palabra femenina, lo que pasa es que por empezar en vocal, el artículo se transformó. Por eso vuelve a ser femenino en plural 😊

creo que no todos pero en argentina usamos el "queres" y "tenes" para "quieres" y "tienes". Yo diría "queres un vaso de agua?" o "tenes un lápiz?"
