While I do agree with your points, it is expensive in Canada - that seat is $130 here. And a LOT of people don't have that available.

It’s really hard when your 2 year old is over 40lbs. In my case and I’m sure many others, IT IS EXPENSIVE to buy 50lb r.f seat
