@mstynissa: This is my 85-year-old grandmother who walks bent over with a walker all day, every day. It is excruciating pain for her to try to stand up straight due to her having undergone multiple back surgeries. Additionally she has bone-on-bone in her knees and neuropathy in her feet. We just rubbed her down head to toe with some of my oil, and I managed to capture this video without her knowledge.
