PROTEIN GLITCH DIARIES EP. 1✨ keeping it real with u guys first of all this high protein yogurt bowl is in my daily rotation in some version/form. its quickly become a staple for me cuz its sooo yummy and versatile by customizing the toppings😋😋😋🙌🏼🙌🏼 greek yogurt is the hack everyone is hyping it up to be. this version with the protein powder and yogurt isnt the best on my tummy but on days i need to play catch up with my protein it gets the job done. but on a more serious note there are some days where you may not start off the best and you may want to let that dictate how the rest of your day will go food wise and thats a dark hole to slip down. i know i used to have this all or nothing mindset that if i wasnt perfect this day then it was excuse to eat like shit that day and start fresh the next but it was this continuous procrastination and lineup of excuses which isnt sustainable. on this day i had a really late start to eating & thats something i am working on im human butttt letting go of that idea that everyday has to be perfect or look a certain way im implementing these little habits & wanted to do my best with the time of the day i had & this lil snack has 50 g of protein :) its okay if life gets in the way baby steps and small victories add up. just know that if you dont start your day properly you can still end it positively #proteinshake #proteinyogurt #proteinhack #proteingoals #proteinintake #highprotein #highproteinbreakfast #highproteinrecipes #highproteinsnack #highproteindiet #highproteindessert #proteinintaketips #proteintips #gymgirl #proteinsnack #foodisfuel #fatloss #whatieatinaday #lowcalorie #Fitness #gym #healthyrecipes
