Depends on the strength of the Panadol. 500mg don’t go beyond 8 tablets in a day, Panadol osteo don’t go more than 6

The nurofern packet says I can take 2 every 4-6 hours. There is nothing wrong with taking 8 a day instead of the 3 you proposed.
