@melissasday: Baked Pasta Rigatoni, ingredients⬇️ 🎥:@rafaelcamargoft - 1kg rigatoni pasta - 500g cheese Bechamel sauce: - 1L whole milk - 100g butter - 100g flour - pinch of salt, black pepper and nutmeg Ragu sauce: - 1kg minced meat - 1 onion - 1kg tomato sauce - pinch of salt, black pepper and thyme Instructions: - pre cook the rigatoni for 4 minutes - put the rigatoni in a tray - add the ragu sauce slowly to make sure the rigatoni is filled by the ragu sauce - add the bechamel sauce - add mozzarella cheese or the cheese that you prefer - take it to the pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes - your baked pasta is ready to eat. #pasta #rigatoni
