Try an pull out the brass seat where the needle and float go, sometimes they have an o ring and the o ring goes bad and will cause a leak

Try and turn down your idle. My old 75 125 2 stroke would rev super high after revving it but would idle low. So try to turn it down and start it

Lean will make idle higher fat will make idle lower unless the carb has a vacuum diaphragm. Yours doesn’t
