I have eczema I had to cut out both dairy& wheat my skin got 90% better. Idk if you already looked into her possibly having a wheat allergy. Goodluck!

Stop using loofas or wash cloths when she is bathing. Have her solely use her hands to wash her body. Helped my son sooo much!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
