It is free. Instead of asking for a bottle of water (botella de agua) try asking for a glass of water (vaso de agua). By law, they have to give it.

If you order tap water it’s free. Not everything it’s closed on sundays, try Maremagnum for example. And “siesta time” hahahah I wish we have this
