This is my second time painting furniture and I love that just a bit of colour from @Dulux UK can add so much personality! Painting MDF furniture can be tricky, but it’s so worth it, so here are some tips: 1️⃣ Paint before assembling if possible. If you’re painting multiple colours, it may be a challenge to figure out which pieces need to be which colour, but it’s much easier to paint them separately if you can! 2️⃣ Fill any pre-drilled holes with wood filler. Then sand them down before painting and you’ll get a much more polished finish to your piece. 3️⃣ If the furniture you’re painting is something that will get heavy surface use (like an office desk), finish it with a polyurethane or polycrylic sealer to make sure it’s extra durable.
