@becky_bfit: School cake recipe 🤤🧁 Literally the easiest traybake cake ever!! A simple vanilla sponge with icing and sprinkles 🤤 Ingredients: For the cake: 300g caster sugar 300g butter/stork 6 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 300g self raising flour For the icing: 500g icing sugar 5-6 tsp water (adjust to your preferred consistency) Sprinkles Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan Mix the sugar and butter together (id recommend using an electric whisk, I just don’t have one) Then mix the eggs and vanilla extract through until combined Next add the self raising flour and again mix until combined Pour into a greased/baking sheet lined tin and bake for 40 ish minutes until a knife comes out clean Top with the icing and sprinkles, cut up into squares and enjoy!! #schoolcake #schoolcakerecipe #schoolcakewithsprinkles #schoolcaketraybake #easycakerecipe #cakerecipe #vanillacakerecipe
