I kena that too on my flight to KL. Scoot refunded me n oso compensated a free air ticket worth $250. This on top of puttinv us on the next SQ flight.

Next time when these things happens... immediately ask them to give you a SQ boarding pass or seat number..this will ensure your seat in the flight.

If it’s scoot,they are not obligated to pay for hotels..that’s how budget operates…the diff between $1500 ticket and $300..
