My son had the woooorst eczema (open sores and bad rashes). When he was 1 we went on a trip to beach in Mexico and it disappeared 😳

Also, cut out unnecessary sodium from her diet. Salt Water topically is helpful but ingested caused the worst eczema in me and my kids. Weird but true

as a child I had terrible eczema on my toes... dipped my foot in a gross pond in Washington one day and it healed over night and never came back.. 😂

I live on an island and go to the beach. Doesn’t help me eczema at all. Maybe for some that’s good.
