i have the same thing and the doctor said the only thing to fix it is surgery i think, once it locked and i had to kinda pull it open

I had the same thing. What you need to do is put your finger on your jaw, where it cracks and then open and close your mouth. Do it 50/100 times a day

You probably have a dislocation with reduction of the tmj-disc (a temporomandibular disorder). Nothing dangerous!

When you sit in place or in the lu, do you place your hand on your jaw? Apply ice on it and pull it in the opposite direction
