@emmafituk_: Who says 8 weeks isn't long enough to see real progress?! In just 8 weeks, our amazing client Coralie has made the most incredible progress both inside and out!! 🌟 Coralie first came to myself and Tasha just 8 weeks ago with the main goals of losing weight, gaining confidence and bettering her relationship with her nutrition. The first picture was when she had just started her Empower journey after coming home from a holiday feeling unhappy and wanting to make a change 👉🏼 the second photo was just last week and in her own words “I compared it to my first photo I took and I couldn’t believe how much my body has changed!” 🥹🦋 Fast forward 8 weeks of weekly check ins, being consistent, being honest about any struggles or challenges she's faced, and working hard and she's: 👉🏼 Lost over 2.3kg 👉🏼 Lost over 39cm (!!) overall 🤩 👉🏼 Gained huuuge amounts of confidence 👉🏼 Improved her relationship with her nutrition massively 👉🏼 Feeling motivated super proud of herself!! Has it been perfect? Of course not 💁🏼‍♀️ We have still faced setbacks, bad days and times where we have fallen 'off track' just like everyone does, and that is OK! We have always reinforced to Coralie that consistency should always be prioritised over perfection 👏🏼 and here's the best part - we've achieved all of this without having to cut out anything she loves, or limiting her social calendar in any way! 💃🏼 Nothing is ever off limits with Empower; we have simply just worked on being more aware/educating around nutrition, having a better balance and avoiding that all or nothing mentality she previously used to fall in to! 🙋🏼‍♀️ We have just launched our brand new 8 week coaching challenge INFIN8 💓 there’s limited spaces on this challenge and it starts November 1st! So secure your spot today via the link in our bio and see where you could be 8 weeks from now 🤭🚀✨
