From experience, I think it’s just a purge. If you just started the adapalene four week ago, wait another one to two months and see what it does.

I started using Altreno, which is a brand of tretinoin that had hyaluronic acid & collagen to make it more tolerable , you should check it out!!

Drink spearmint tea!! Hormonal acne around the chin/jawline is caused by excess androgens in your body and spearmint is anti-androgenic

I use this too, benzoyl peroxide is very irritating.. make sure to moisturize before and after applying it! Helps so much. Wait 15 min after applying

Benzoyl is rough. Just use Adapolene only on whole face. Try azaleic acid (sounds scary it’s not) your skin is sensitive. Try buffering adap. Ease in
