But I’m super proud of the way it turned out and I hope it proves useful! The link includes a ton of FAQs underneath the calculator (as well as a downloadable ebook) but I want to include a few quick notes here: -I’ll add seasonal drinks once they drop. Apparently winter drinks are right around the corner. -These numbers are never gonna be exact. Remember that pours can vary, and some of the milk brands vary based on location, so use these as rough estimates. But it’ll all be close. -Every single drink will default to the way that Starbucks prepares it, so the calories and macros will match what Starbucks has on their site for the default values. There will be SLIGHT differences, maybe 10-20 calories or a few grams of a certain macro, but that is all due to rounding. Starbucks is rounding and estimating, and so are we. -Please save the “I work at Starbucks and these numbers are all wrong.” For some reason, I get those comments all the time from baristas that think they wrote the Starbucks handbook. These numbers are all based on what Starbucks publicly provides, so if there’s an issue, blame corporate. If you have specific questions, I can promise you it’s all covered in the FAQs on the page!
