the truck wasnt in fault maybe it was but it looked like it was trying to dodge the car that SWERVED into him/her look like it was purpose and the car got hit by the truck

nah guy that car hit the semi. he tried avoiding it by coming into your lane which is wrong but he didn't hit that car though
