Qantas flight 1 In the 90s overran the runway but instead of writing off the 747 they fixed it up. Technically they can say they never lost a plane.

Qantas has been stripped for CEO bonuses & share dividends it's aging & failing fleet makes crashes much more likely. Avoid at all costs.
