@emmafituk_: I hope you love yourself enough to recognise the things you don't like about your life, your choices and your habits. And I hope you can find the courage to change them and start building the life you deserve 🫶🏼 Remember that we cannot become who we want to be by remaining who we are. And trust me I know-change is fcking hard!!!!! It does feel uncomfortable-this is why so many people stay stuck in the same position not having achieved their goals year after year. But you cannot grow from staying in your comfort zone. The old me when I started my lifestyle transformation used to think 'fitness girls' had some crazy self discipline and ridiculous willpower... but now I've realised that it's nothing to do with discipline or being 'strict. Nor is it about genetics or being 'lucky'. Sure it takes some time and discipline to make the initial changes but then you'll eventually realise that the PROCESS of exercising, moving your body, working towards goals, eating healthy and having a focus + direction is the most amazing feeling in the world. Starting a fitness journey isn't just about aesthetics. It's about self improvement, self awareness, hard work ethic, ambition, *healthy* discipline, mindfulness, endorphin hits, sense of accomplishment and so much more!! Which eventually carries over into every single area of your life. If you're in 2 minds about starting a health + fitness journey START NOW! It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself tomorrow is the last chance to sign up to infin& with empower. Start your journey with us on 1st November by clicking the link in my bio 🫶🏼 #Fitness #fyp #foryoupage #selflove #discipline #motivation #itgirl #Lifestyle #healthandwellness #hardwork #manifestation #journalling #healthylifestyle #levelup #success #successmindset #motivationmindset #diciplinemindet #workhard #cleangirl #fitnesstips #fitnessgoals #Lifestyle #wellbeing #selflove #mindsetmotivation #healthylifestyle #becomeyourbestself #futureself #abundancemindset #thatgirlmindset #womenswellness #wellnesslifestyle
