@alexkoekies: Ingredients : 🍙250g Japanese rice 🍙2 eggs 🍙Nori seaweed 🍙100g soy sauce Steps: 1. Cook your rice according to instructions and let it cool completely 2. Cook your eggs for 6’ in boiling water (250g of rice fits only 2 eggs, 125g of rice is necessary to cover one egg) 3. Directly after cooking, put the eggs in water with ice cubes for 5’ 4. Take off the shells and add in a bowl with 100g soy sauce (they must be covered) and let it marinate for 30’ in the fridge 5. Use a paper film to shape the onigiri, it makes it so much easier! 6. In the middle, put your egg 🥚 and a lil bit of rice on top to cover it and shape it into a ball 7. Cover it with black sesame 8. Enjoy with some more siracha sauce, and now you know ✨ #whatsfordinner #easydinnerideas #onigiri
