Join me as I put their luxury kitchen to the test and make my favorite fall recipe, Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Banana Bread. •In a large mixing bowl, mix 1 cup sugar and 1 stick room temp butter. •Gradually whisk in 2 eggs. •Add 1 tsp. vanilla, 15 oz canned pure pumpkin, and 2 ripe bananas. Mix well. •In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon •Slowly add the mixed dry ingredients to the wet batter. Continue to mix until well combined. •Add 1 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips into the batter. Stir. •Pour the batter into 2 prepared loaf pans. •Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until bread is baked thoroughly.
